At 2nd STREET USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique finds; however, please note that all sales are final for in-store purchases, while online orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet our eligibility criteria.

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
